For jewelries, we typically ship all orders within 2-5 business days. If you select Express shipping at checkout, we aim to ship your item within 2 business days.

How long does it take to arrive?

We ship all orders from our USA factory. Once shipped, we see delivery happen within the following timeframe:

  • USA - Within 2-5 business days
  • Canada - Within 4-7 business days
  • Western Europe - Within 5-7 business days
  • Australia/NZ - Within 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the World - Within 5-12 business days

For other products, there are two process. The Processing Days and Shipping Days.

Processing Days - It refers to process your order or to make your order. Some of our products is made to order and to be made after the payment has been successful. It usually takes 5-7 working days (might took long some of the Holidays). It is the time also that we set your order to pack and to be safe as is. 

Shipping Days - After the Product has been processed, it is now time to ship your order. Shipping days will take 2-4 weeks to complete. Our Products has been manufactured in different countries so we allot this time frame since it is in different areas. 

Note: It is only in a time frame. Most of the time, Processing together with Shipping Days may be completed in the range of 12-20 working days and of course, we are giving the best services we can do for you.

 

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@noteheaven.com.

Yes! Just put the recipient's name and address on the shipping details at checkout. For this reason, we do not include paper receipts in our orders. All receipts are through email, so make sure to use your own email.

We care deeply not only about the quality of our products, but the quality of experience it brings you and your loved ones. If your order does arrive damaged, contact us at support@noteheaven.com and we will send you a new item.

Although our jewelry is of the highest quality with extra layers of coating to increase longevity, plated jewelry should be cleaned periodically. To extend the life of your jewelry, it’s important to keep it dry (never bathe or spray perfume on your jewelry; chemical reactions with chlorine and other elements such as perspiration can result in tarnishing). Remove jewelry when sleeping, exercising, or doing physical activities, as prolonged contact with sweat will cause the plating to wear away faster. Never use abrasive chemicals or products to clean your jewelry. After each wear, gently wipe each piece of jewelry clean of make-up and skin oils with a soft, lint-free cloth in order to avoid scratching. Since rose gold pieces are more sensitive because of copper usage (in order to turn the color from gold to rose gold), please use care as instructed above.
